Senior SEO Specialist (f/m/x)

You will be part of a dynamic, international team that helps strategically consult, acquire and run the operations of our wide portfolio of clients.

YOUR TASKS INCLUDE: 

• You develop and implement SEO strategies for our clients, and advise them proactively on all SEO topics
• You take over the lead on update-based optimisations (e.g. CWV) for our clients
• You perform technical SEO audits and define strategically prioritized action plans
• You stay in close contact with dev, UX and Project Managers, to ensure the execution of the suggested enhancements
• You orchestrate onsite and offsite optimizations, operationalised by other team members
• You support with the acquisition of new clients
• You are THE SEO-Guru of the team, stay on top of all news and updates, to integrate all the aspects into our consulting
• You contribute to the growth of the team by sharing your knowledge internally

IN PARTICULAR, YOU FIT WITH THE FOLLOWING PROFILE:

Experience:

• You have 4+ years of in-depth operational SEO experience, ideally with an agency or startup background
• Proficiency in all 3 pillars of SEO: onpage, offpage and technical
• Experience in SEO consulting for (re-)launch projects of various complexities
• Creation of strategic SEO roadmaps with modular executional approach, based on the client goals, infrastructure and available budget
• Creation of code-optimisation guidelines and their execution in close collaboration with devs
• Experience in SEO-data analysis and presentation of actionable insights to the stakeholders with various goals and agendas

Tool Proficiency

• Google tools: Search console, Google Analytics, Lighthouse, Chrome UX Report
• Further SEO tools: Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Sistrix, Keywordinsights.ai
• Ticketing systems: Jira (or similar)
• Data analysis: Excel, Google Analytics
• Data visualization: PPTX, ideally acquaintance with the data visualization tools, e.g. Google DataStudio

• Multitasker: you resist the stress of having to work on several projects at the same time and have certain agility in your routines, to prioritize the most important tasks
• Open-minded: you are ready to learn new things and acquire skills outside of the SEO vertical
• Language skills: You have a very good command of German and English
